 With 32 years of experience in organizing events and 25 years of running Berlin Salsacongress—Europe’s longest continuously running Salsa event—I’ve seen it all. From the early days of small socials to managing an international event welcoming dancers from over 60 countries each year, I’ve been hands-on with every aspect of event planning, artist booking, logistics, budgeting, and marketing.

Beyond Salsa, I also ran a successful Salsa dance school for 13 years, sharing my passion for Latin dance with thousands of students. 

Professionally, I’ve worked as a project manager for a major stage, decoration, and lighting design company, handling high-budget productions (up to and over one million euros) for global brands like VW, Siemens, Skoda, Hugo Boss and more.

These decades of cross-industry experience have equipped me with a unique set of skills and insights that I’m now ready to pass on to you.
