If you are a performer or artist considering applying for our Salsa dancing events, please note a few important remarks:
- We plan long ahead (usually a year), and we have already completed all line-ups for the event.
- You may also want to know how we select our artists. In almost all cases, we see them live, we observe them dancing socially, we check their dance workshops, and we watch their shows. We want to see what you are doing. For DJs, we must have seen them play somewhere. Simply sending us a CV with a reference list and links to your shows or DJing will not suffice. We’re sure you understand our position.
If you want to apply for the event, please send us:
1. Video links of you social dancing (not a show).
2. A video link of a workshop where we can see you and the attendees engaging in the dance techniques you’re teaching.
3. A few words on why you believe you will make a difference at our event (not in general).
